Before we act, you receive a written costs agreement and disclosure notice setting out the scope of work and our estimate.

Fixed fees where sensible

Discrete pieces of work — a plea, a consent order, a contract review — are often better quoted as a fixed fee, and we will offer one where we can.

No surprise invoices

If a matter starts moving outside the estimate, you hear about it from us before the work is done, not afterwards on a bill.
